Danielle Jones

Music Educator

Danielle has been a highly sought-after music educator for over fifteen years, specialising in voice, ECM (Early Childhood Music), and piano.

Her introduction to vocal pedagogy was shaped early by opera singer Sean Andrews, who recognised her potential as a teacher and mentored her initial steps into the profession. This guidance helped establish the foundation for her career in music education.

While completing her music degree, Danielle was headhunted by Hush Little Baby Music, where she worked for seven years before later expanding and developing the program across New South Wales. Alongside this role, she established her private teaching studio, Danni Jay Music Studios, which grew rapidly across Brisbane and Tamworth.

In 2021, Danni joined the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music as a vocal tutor. Her role quickly expanded to include ECM, piano, classroom music, ukulele, and guitar, teaching more than 42 private students weekly. During her tenure, she also facilitated public programs in songwriting and vocal health, contributing to broader community music education initiatives.

Her research and training continued to grow through various institutions throughout the years and after returning to Brisbane in 2026, Danielle was appointed Director of Leap Academy of Performing Arts, where she now oversees artistic and educational development. Alongside her directorship, she continues to work as a freelance educator and remains available for workshops and specialist training.
